Victoria – State Nomination Criteria for Subclass 491
To be nominated by Victoria for the Subclass 491 visa, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- Commitment to Regional Victoria: Be committed to living and working in regional Victoria for the duration of the visa.
- Age: Be under 45 years of age at the time of nomination.
- English Proficiency: Have at least Competent English.
- Skills Assessment: Hold a valid Skills Assessment for an occupation listed on the eligible skilled occupation list.
- Points Score: Have achieved a minimum of 65 points on the Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect.
- Registration of Interest (ROI): Submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) and be selected for nomination.
